To encourage and inspire people of all backgrounds to embrace their fullest potential by promoting self worth, while actively perusing and reaching dreams and life goals one step at time; To give the necessary tools to create communities of encourage-rs, team builders, and problem solvers who work together to reach the common goal of impacting lives around the world one step at a time. Various divisions of HTOM are dedicated to reaching men, woman, boys and girls. Elite Ladies is a division of HTOM and the reach woman and girls. New groups will be added and we are excited to have several events through each year.
